Woodinville Family Preschool Fall Auction 2023

Welcome to the Woodinville Family Preschool online Fall Auction!

This auction will run for four days, from Thursday, October 26th, at 7:00 am (PDT) to Sunday, October 29th at 5:00 pm (PDT).

The purpose of this online auction is to raise money for Woodinville Family Preschool, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The majority of the funds raised from this event will be used to off-set the operational costs of the school. Funds also serve to provide educational materials and equipment for the children's curriculum and for outdoor play.

Who can participate?

This event is open to everyone! We encourage members to share the auction with family, friends and those in our community.

How does bidding work?

Your bids will be anonymous (except to auction admins), but you will need to register your name and email address with the auction site to bid. Once registered, click on an item you would like to bid on, and you can either “buy now” or enter your bid amount. You can enter a onetime bid, or proxy bids (highest amount you’re willing to bid). Proxy bidding is a great way to prevent somebody from over bidding you at the last moment!

Note that if a bid is made on an item during the final three minutes of the auction, the end time will extend by three minutes. If another bid is placed, it will extend the end time by another three minutes. This will continue for a maximum of 30 minutes.

How does payment work?

Your won items will be put in a shopping cart under your registered account. You can pay right away, or wait until the auction is over and pay for all items at once. All items must be paid for at the close of the auction. Payment will be made directly through the website using Stripe. Payment methods include credit or debit card.

Please note WFP will not issue refunds for auction items that cannot be claimed due to COVID-19 related restrictions or business closures. Thank you for your understanding.

At Woodinville Family Preschool, we strive to educate and support families in a way that is meaningful to both parents and children, while respecting who they are as individuals and where they are in their parenting journey and in their developmental growth. We are both a parenting education program and a cooperative preschool, with classes designed to engage children from birth through Pre-K. Woodinville Family Preschool is one of several cooperative preschools affiliated with the Shoreline Community College Parenting Education Program. We have achieved the rigorous accreditation standards of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) since 1995 and the certification standards of Nature Explore since 2011.
