Auction for Action: 12 Days of Bidding

Our Auction for Action event is crucial to the success of our annual campaign and helps to fund vital programs and services across the entire Niagara region. These include programs that: support children and families living in poverty; equip people with skills needed to find employment; and help people in crisis. During last year’s auction, United Way successfully raised $10,000. Thanks to the generous support of local businesses, volunteers, agencies and community members – United Way supports more than 110 programs and special initiatives that help over 129,000 people across the region. That equals ONE in THREE people in Niagara. We invest in solutions to real, local social problems.

Women United is a vibrant community of visionaries and change makers brought together by a powerful sense of belonging: to one another, to our community, and to our mission of transforming the lives of women and their families through the sharing of our own time, talents and gifts.
