2022 Charity Round Auction

As part of Charity Round, these jerseys are individually sponsored by local businesses and club supporters and will be auctioned off after the game. Funds raised from the auction will go towards supporting the Sporting Wheelies and Disabled Association.

Sporting Wheelies and Disabled Association is Queensland’s leading provider of inclusive sports, recreation and rehabilitation therapy. As the state’s peak body for Paralympic sports, the not-for-profit organisation is committed to making active goals of all levels accessible for people with disability.

Through a range of statewide health and fitness programs for people of all ages, industry-leading rehabilitation and science-based therapies, Sporting Wheelies provides the full spectrum of inclusive sporting opportunities for Queenslanders living with a disability.

UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB (UQRFC)
Founded in 1911, The University of Queensland Rugby Football Club, also known as the “Red Heavies”, is Queensland’s most successful and prestigious rugby union club having won 33 First Grade Premierships throughout its decorated past.

UQRFC sits at the ‘cutting edge’ of sport innovation, coaching techniques and rugby prowess. The Club has established a proud Rugby tradition of great camaraderie, mateship and community engagement which has significantly contributed to its ongoing success both on and off the field.

The Club is affiliated with the Queensland Rugby Union (QRU) which is one of the member unions of Rugby Australia (RA).
