Our method: Expose. Inspire. Mentor. Our innovative construction trades focused programming changes the prevailing "women's work" narrative to one that is expansive and opportunity-filled. We put real tools directly into girls' hands so they see and realize just how capable they are. We connect girls to our women-led community of role models in the trades and beyond. We empower girls with the skills and self-confidence they need to see limitless possibilities for themselves as builders of the world they envision.
