2019 SCES Silent Auction

Welcome to the 2019 SCES Silent Auction!

We greatly appreciate & need your support! The PTO loves providing opportunities for educational advancement for all our students. The funds raised will help benefit our school & classes. Here are some things you'll need to know:

SHARE: Feel free to share our auction with family, friends and co-workers - Just send them the link. Maybe they will find the perfect Mother's or Father's Day Gift here. You can also like items via social media.

ONLINE BIDDING occurs through 11:59 pm. on April 25th. Then the auction will continue live at the annual Luau on April 26th from 5-8 pm. The current high bid on each item from the online auction will become the starting bid at the luau.

MINIMUM BIDDING INCREMENT: This is the minimum bid increment you may use, but feel free to enter a bid that is higher than the minimum increment.

BUY IT NOW: these numbers are generally 80-90% of the items retail value. Buy it Now items can be picked up in the office of Sugar Creek after 2pm the day after purchase (items purchased on a weekend will be available Monday after 2pm).

ITEM PICK UP: Items can be picked up and paid for at the Luau. If you are not at the Luau to pick up and pay for an item you won, you can pick it up in the front office beginning Monday April 29th.

BIDDER ID'S: Please note that online bidding ID user names will show anonymously in case anyone is trying to surprise a spouse for Mother's or Father's Day.

The Sugar Creek Elementary PTO is dedicated in supporting the education of students at Sugar Creek Elementary. The funds raised each year from our auction directly impact students by providing field trip scholarships, classroom supplies, recess equipment, technology, and many other items needed to enhance education a SCES. We hope that you will help us in our mission!

Our Annual Luau, Silent Auction, Vendor Event will be held on Friday, April 26th from 5 to 8 pm in the SCES back parking lot!

There will be vendors, raffles, games, inflatables, food trucks, a DJ and more!

Come out for an awesome evening of fun & to support SCES!
