Sadhana Service Project Silent Auction

We're taking our little corner of the world and making it more vibrant, more interdependent, and a community of change-makers! This auction will benefit the Sadhana Service Project; we bring yoga and mindfulness to those impacted by addiction, incarceration and trauma. We are teaching, in-person and on zoom, even in this time of Covid -19, in recovery centers and for children with an incarcerated parent in an after-school program. With your support, we will be ready to go back into local jails and prisons, throughout the Hudson Valley, when it becomes possible.

Our mission is to support personal and social transformation through work with those impacted by incarcerated and struggling with addiction to release unresolved trauma in a safe and effective way through yoga and mindfulness.
The resources and tools we provide for recognizing and reducing aggression, impulsivity, reactivity, and despair, gives prisoners and addicts a greater chance of taking responsibility and living differently.
We say these tools and resources are the foundation for personal and social transformation.
