About Our Auction

Rotaract Brussels Coudenberg International is organizing for the 2021-2022 year an Online/Live Auction, for the second year in a row. Running from 7th May until 14th May 2022, with a live event on Saturday, 14th May.

All the proceeds of the auction will go towards Sztab Pomocy Belgia (Help Centre Belgium) with whom we partnered in the context of the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. We have raised over 4000€ so in order for them to purchase medical items at the wholesale price, which were transported to Lviv, Ukraine, through the humanitarian corridor. We wish to continue helping the association in the same context, and with the donations of the auction, they will purchase medical items for hospitals in Ukraine.

The wide range of auction items, whether physical products, services, or experiences, have been donated or sourced by our members. Bidding will open on Saturday, 7th May, for one week. Through our online auction platform participants will be able to have an interactive experience – receiving alerts if they have been outbid and seeing our progress towards our fundraising goal.

The auction period will conclude on Saturday, 14th May with a live in-person event for the final hour to countdown and celebrate the winning bidders. The live event will take place in the form of a gala taking place at Le Bouche à Oreille from 19:00, starting with a dinner and continuing with a party to celebrate the event.
