About Our Auction

Paul Jeremy is a friend to all, blacksmith, former huntsman, and family member. Paul and his family’s lives have been turned up side down with Paul’s recent diagnosis of multiple myeloma. He was admitted to UK Markey Cancer Center to begin radiation and chemotherapy but before treatment could begin he spent 2 weeks in intensive care in order to stabilize his condition. Paul has since started his course of cancer treatment but is looking at a long road ahead of him. He was released from UK on September 23rd and will continue biweekly outpatient treatments.

It is unknown about Pauls return to work and Nicola will not be working for the foreseeable future in order to take care of him. Despite having medical insurance, all costs will not be covered, in particular the chemotherapy drugs which alone cost about $10,000.00 per month. Paul and Nicola have immediate and long term financial needs which this appeal is attempting to address.

To all who have worked with Paul, hunted with Paul, and know Paul, now is the time to come together under unfortunate circumstances we cannot control. Anything to help get him through this tough time would be greatly appreciated.

We are having a fundraiser at McCarthys Irish Bar, 117 Upper St, Lexington KY. Sunday the 16th after the races. We have some great live auction items along with these online items.
