2017 CCA PTSA Silent Auction

Proceeds from the Silent Auction will benefit the students and faculty of Cornerstone Charter Academy and will be used to purchase books for the media center, additional laptops for the classrooms, and water bottle filling stations.

A couple of tips for online bidding:

(1) Proxy. This is when you place a bid for the maximum amount you are willing to spend, then let the system bid for you up to that amount. For example, if an item is currently selling for $10 and you enter a proxy bid of $20, the system will automatically bid for you until the selling price goes over $20. At that point, you will be outbid and someone else will be the leading bidder.

(2) Extended Bidding. This option automatically extends the end time of an item by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes. This process repeats until no new bids are received during the final 3 minutes of the item bidding window. Bid away until you win!

(3) Winners. All winning bidders should receive a notification email from 32auctions after the auction closes at 10:00 a.m. on Dec 01, 2017. If you are not receiving notifications, please check your spam or junk email folder. You can also log in to your account and click “My Items Won.”

PTSA helps to fund programs such as school improvement, books, computers, Media Center improvements, teacher mini-grants, teacher appreciation events and informational opportunities that benefit teachers, students and parents.

The online auction opens on November 24th and runs through December 1st at 10 a.m. Following the online auction, we will still have our live event! Please try to attend our Holiday Auction (adults only please) going on at FOP Lodge No. 25, Friday, December 1st from 6 pm-10 pm. ***Please note: the live auction ends at 9 p.m. and the bar closes at 10 p.m.*** Very exclusive items labeled "Live Event Only Item" are shown here but will not be available for online bidding. We'll see you at the live event where you will be able to bid on these special items! If you won items during the online auction, feel free to drop on by the live event and pay for and pick-up your winning item(s). There is still the alternate option of following the pickup instructions listed on each item.

There will be heavy appetizers, live entertainment, and a $1 - 50/50 raffle going on so bring your dollar bills. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the door for a cost of $15. Also, the first 5 bidders at the door with their electronic Uber or Lyft receipts will receive a FREE drink compliments of the CCA PTSA!
