PS 20 Silent Auction 2024

On Thursday, May 16, 2024, PS 20 families, teachers, staff, and friends will gather to CELEBRATE PS 20! Our annual Spring Gala will be at Black Forest Brooklyn from 6-9 PM, with food, drink, music, raffles, and more! We will also have a live auction featuring some of our TOP DONATIONS.

For friends, family, neighbors, or parents unable to attend, we’ve added a convenient online auction option for most of our donated items.

Some of the initiatives that our fundraising efforts support are:
- Green Arts, which blends gardening, nutrition, sustainability, biology, and visual arts. Green Arts supports a beehive on the roof, a composting program, gardening instruction, dedicated instruction, and a lot of curious children.

- STEAM (STEM+Arts) programming, which offers hands-on, year-round science and technology education for all students.

- School Assistants staff, which support the front office administrators, classroom teachers, parents, and kids of PS20 to help keep us a well-oiled machine!

- Classroom supplies for our loving, creative, professional, and engaging teachers.

PS 20 is a 600-plus 3K-5 public elementary school in the Clinton Hill & Fort Greene neighborhoods in Brooklyn. This is a true COMMUNITY school, which promotes community stewardship, critical thinking, and sustainability. PS 20 teachers, administrators, staff, and (most importantly) children transform big­-city Brooklyn into a small town full of heart, charm, and warmth. PS 20 offers rigorous core academics while providing all students with regular instruction in gardening, dance, music, art, French, and PhysEd. What a list!
