Oatley West Public School Community Festival 2019

All the funds raised in the Oatley West Public School Silent Auction go into improving school facilities and purchasing much-needed resources for the children.

This year the Auction has some items available 'Online Only' and some that will begin online and transition to the live event (labelled 'Pre-Event Bidding').

'Online Only' items will end at 2pm on Friday 23 August 2019 and go to the highest bidder at this time.

Items that were marked 'Pre-Event Bidding' online will transition to paper-based live bidding from 7pm on Friday 23 August (at Opening Night) and continue over Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 August. Bids will close at 2pm on Sunday 25 August 2019 (the last day of the Festival) and the highest bidder at this time will be the winner of the item.

'Online Only' items may be collected at the Festival on Saturday 24 August or Sunday 25 August at any time, up until 4pm. All other items will conclude for bidding on Sunday 25 August at 2pm and will be available from the Silent Auction stall from 3pm.

Items listed as "pre-event bidding" will switch to paper-based live bidding at the Community Festival Opening Night on Friday 23 August 2019, and continue until their listed closing time over the weekend of the festival.
