Celebration of JOY

Your contribution will allow us to continue to assist hundreds of vulnerable adults in our communities. Their health and well-being is our priority. Each day our Case Managers make hundreds of “Wellness Telephone Calls” to isolated adults, providing then assurance and assessing their needs. Our staff is working hard coordinating challenging weekly “Drive-Thru” food bank distributions for older adults, as well as daily meal deliveries to hundreds of homebound older and self-quarantined adults. Over 500 individuals came through this week’s “Drive-Thru” food bank where staff and volunteers placed several bags and boxes of groceries in the trunk of each car. Also, prior to the virus outbreak, we were delivering hot daily meals to 275 vulnerable seniors and presently we are delivering hot and shelf stable meals to over 600 seniors.

Now in our 42nd year, ONEgeneration’s services continue to address critical community needs facing at-risk older adults, families, and children. With limited resources and a strong mission focus, our goal is to keep these populations from the tipping point of health decline, hunger, and homelessness.
