Oatley FC Silent Auction

To cater for the growing registrations each year, Oatley Football Club is raising funds to:
• Upgrade facilities at our home ground, Renown Park, Oatley
• Purchase additional training equipment and upgrade existing equipment.

All of the items have been designated as Online Only or Online & Live.

Online Only – these items are available for bidding online and the auction will finish at 9.30pm, Friday 3 August. The winning bidders will receive email notification of their success. Items can then be paid for and collected from the OFC Canteen on Saturday 4 August or Saturday 11 August.

Online & Live – these items will begin with bidding online up until 9.30pm, Friday 3 August and will then transition to a Live item for physical bidding at the Gala Dinner on Saturday 4 August and will close at 10.00pm. The highest online bidder at 9.30pm, Friday 3 August will receive email notification advising they are the leading bidder. You do not have to be at the dinner to still win these items (refer Proxy Bids)!

Proxy bids – all items can have proxy bids, ie the price you are willing to bid up to. These will update automatically while the auction is online. For the items that transition to Live at the Gala Dinner that have proxy bids in place, these will continue to be updated manually on the physical bid sheets. These proxy bid limits will be kept confidential at all times. Proxy bids are a great way to ensure you’re still in the running even if you’re not physically at the event.

Buy Now – all items can be bought at the Buy Now price unless the bid amount reaches or surpasses the Buy Now price.

Oatley Football Club (OFC) is a well-established, not for profit, Association Football (Soccer) club based in the Sydney suburb of Oatley. It was formed in 1975 and has grown from eight teams competing in the 1976 season to over 70 teams in 2018. Teams play and train at Renown Park, Oatley and The Green, Kyle Bay.
