2016 MHVP Calendar Photo Spot Auction

In these auctions you are bidding on the full page (~8" x 10") photo spot for the 2016 month specified in the auction title.

The proceeds of these auctions will be distributed as follows:
50% will be given the Equine charity of choice of the overall highest winning bidder from one of our 12 auctions. In the event of a tie for highest bidder a drawing will be held by our office with the names of the tied bidders.
50% to MHVP’s charity of choice- Apache’s Promise Horse Rescue

You are NOT bidding on a completed copy of this calendar. This auction is for ONE full page photo insertion for the month specified above.
* The winning bidder must call our office with full payment (Visa or Mastercard) within 48 hours of the close of auction, or pay using the auction instruction. If payment has not been received at the end of 48 hours the winning bidder forfeits the win and MHVP will then offer the photo slot to next highest bidder.
* Photos must be submitted no later than October 17th. Photos are to be sent via email as jpeg files. MHVP retains absolute right to refuse to use any submitted photos based on content or quality. In the event MHVP declines to use a photo we will make one request for a replacement. Please keep the subject matter of submitted photos “equine” in nature.
*MHVP retains total creative control over the layout of submitted photo(s) and their completed calendar page.
*The paid winning bidder will receive one copy of the calendar at no charge. Additional copies will be available for purchase at the price of 1@$13.00 each plus postage.
*MHVP customers are entitled to 1 free gift copy of the 2015 calendar. Calendars can be obtained from visiting veterinarians, picked up at our office or by mail (postage fees may apply).
* Finished calendars are expected to be available on or about December 15, 2015.
