About Our Auction

Once again, the MGCSA is offering fine courses from across the region to sell donated golf certificates to the public, with all proceeds going to the University of Minnesota’s turf research program.

The proceeds from this event fund scientific research for the protection, development, and care of turfgrass as well as new low-input environmentally sensitive turfgrass varieties. The MGCSA has been a strong supporter of the University of Minnesota’s Turfgrass Research, Outreach and Education Center. Your support of this event will continue locally focused turfgrass research, improving the game of golf.

Rules:
During the summer of 2024 each approved foursome will play 18 holes of golf at their choice of club. Two golf carts are included in the certificate price.* Following purchase, clubs must be contacted to arrange tee times. Proper golf attire and etiquette required. No blue jeans or short shorts at most clubs. Call ahead for specific rules. (*Most certificates)

Certificates are listed in alphabetical order after featured and cash donation items. Certificate details and use restrictions are listed on each item page. PLEASE REVIEW ALL ITEM DETAILS BEFORE PLACING YOUR BID! No refunds for any reason.
