By bidding in the 2024 Leaders of Tomorrow Gala silent auction benefiting the West Michigan Aviation Academy, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.

The West Michigan Aviation Academy is a tuition-free public charter high school which was founded in the fall of 2010 and is located on the grounds of the Gerald R. Ford International Airport.

The West Michigan Aviation Academy Foundation is a 501c3 organization founded in 2019 to support WMAA.
