About Our Auction

The Junior League of Northern Virginia (LNV) is proud to announce our 21st annual, The Enchanted Forest, which will be held Nov. 6, 2021, featuring a gala, a virtual auction, zoom calls with Santa, and more!

The Enchanted Forest is a fundraising event featuring a variety of events for the entire family. Attendees can stroll virtually through the whimsical forest of theme-decorated baskets via silent auction, and enjoy virtual Santa calls and cooking classes. An elegant, in-person, gala will include raffle items, dinner and festive cocktails. Your contribution will help us foster the development of women who build better communities through hands-on leadership training opportunities and community initiatives.

Information about ticket purchases are available at jlnv.org/tef.

All proceeds from The Enchanted Forest benefit the mission of the JLNV. Since 1958, the JLNV has been a driving force in our community by promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action of trained volunteers. Our members are women from all industries and diverse backgrounds who share a commitment to service and to our community. From emerging leaders to established community leaders, our members are catalysts for change in Northern Virginia. Our community initiatives introduce low-income families to where food comes from and to basic concepts of nutrition and healthy eating, and support access to healthy food options and physical activity opportunities.
The JLNV tailors its programming to address students in Title 1 schools. Its programs include:

Kids in the Kitchen: Educate children and their families on healthy eating habits and incorporating healthy eating into their lives through structured programs at community partner locations.

· Food Access: Partner with community organizations to increase access to healthy food through food drives, gleaning and community gardens.

· Physical Activity: Promote outdoor activity and exercise through JLNV-led volunteer programs, such as soccer and swim camps at community partner locations to encourage healthy routines and activity.
