"It's Instrumental!" Gala

This year we will be celebrating our 40th anniversary at our annual “It’s Instrumental!” fundraiser gala. The event includes performances and testimonials by our students, the presentation of the Bravura Music Educator Award, dinner, and a silent auction. Our event will be held on Friday, October 11th, 2019 at Somerby Golf Club in Byron, MN. All proceeds will directly support the programmatic needs of SEMYO, such as rehearsal and concert venues, music rental, and outreach programs.

The online auction will go live on October 1st, 2019 at 7:00pm, and close on October 10th, 2019 at 11:45pm.

Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestras (SEMYO) is dedicated to the artistic and personal development of young musicians. SEMYO realizes its mission through a rigorous music education program that includes four youth orchestras, a chamber music program, summer music camp, and an outreach program at local Riverside Central Elementary School. SEMYO currently has a membership of 160 students in grades 3-12 from throughout Southeastern Minnesota.
