The purpose of the IHSA Dollar Per Child auction is to raise funds for NHSA's Dollar Per Child Campaign to annually collect one dollar for each of the one million children in Head Start programs across our Nation. Through Dollar Per Child, NHSA ensures that the voices of at-risk children and their families are heard.
