About Our Auction

Welcome to the Ironwood Carnegie Library's very first Silent Auction! We hope you enjoy browsing through our interesting collection of items, donated by local businesses, individuals, and friends.
Our library counts on donations, fundraising, and grant writing for almost 100% of our programming...and many of the resources we provide and updates/repairs to our building depend on the same.
So thank you for taking part in our auction...feel free to call Lynne Wiercinski, Library Director, at 906.932.4789 should you have any questions! Happy shopping!

About Ironwood Carnegie Library

Thank you so very much for taking part in our auction!

Built in 1901 with the support of Andrew Carnegie, we are proud to be the oldest continually operating Carnegie Library in the state of Michigan, and we were placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. The mission of the Ironwood Carnegie Library is to strive to provide equitable access to materials and services that support the educational, informational, cultural, and recreational needs of the entire community. We offer a full spectrum of services-best sellers on the shelves, large print and audio books, wonderful programs for all ages, Great Lakes Digital Library (offering audio and eBooks and digital magazines), Kajeet Hot Spot loans, free Wi-Fi 24/7, newspapers, Early Childhood Resource Library...and more! We are honored to be part of an amazing community and are proud to partner with many local organizations to serve our residents in the best way possible!

Proceeds from our auction will be used to help us with programming and in maintaining and improving our historic Carnegie. Your support means so much...you are truly appreciated!
