HUNGRY KIDS NEED HEALTHY FOOD

The Coalition for Healthy School Food (CHSF) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit that promotes plant-based foods and nutrition education in schools, to teach the whole school community about the effect of our food choices on health, the environment, equity, and other social justice issues.

At the Coalition for Healthy School Food, we believe that Hungry Kids Need Healthy School Food. That's why we partner with the New York City Office of Food and Nutrition Services, and other school districts to add healthy plant-based items to the cafeteria menus. But that's not enough. We work to educate the whole school community: the students, parents, teachers, teacher assistants, administrators, and food service workers. We also create educational resources and do outreach through statewide and national conferences.

The auction will transition to a live event at our gala. Our gala is this Thursday, October 19 from 6:30 - 9:30. You may bid by Proxy if you are not attending the event, which involves noting how much you will bid at the most. You do this by clicking the Proxy box right under the bid amount - entering the amount that you are willing to pay at the most. We will continue bidding up for you and notify you the next day if you are the winner. The auction will end on Thursday, October 19, at 9:15 pm.
