About Our Auction
Here we go again… :-)
Hay is our largest expense to feed our beloved 57 equines at HRR. We received our loyal farmer Dave’s last load of Hay in April. So now we’re having to get it from another source and the cost is significantly more… $17 a bale vs $11... ️We use around 400 bales a month. We’ve been doing what we can, getting one truck load / weeks worth at a time… but we’d like to get 2-4 weeks of hay delivered at once. (we feed 13 bales a day between the two locations)
Everyone who bids will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 Amazon gift card - the more you bid the more chances you get to win!
We could really use help funding the next months worth of hay. With the increase in price, it's not something we can do without your help.
So please check out the Auction!! It has some awesome NEW items, you can Donate with the GREEN Donate button,
you can sponsor a horse of your choice (which helps monthly for the remainder of 2023)….
Please help however you feel called.
We appreciate your contributions and support.
Also Sharing is Caring so please send this on to others you think may be interested.
We appreciate you!
About Happy Rascal Ranch
Happy Rascal Ranch is a 501(c)3 non profit corporation formed specifically and primarily for the purpose of providing a sanctuary and forever home for horses once wild in Placitas, New Mexico and rescued equines, with an emphasis on natural herd dynamics. This grassroots mother-and-daughter-founded sanctuary is held together by community and an unwavering passion for animals. They have saved and offered sanctuary to many equines including horses that were once wild, seniors, some with special needs, and donkeys. Many of their rescues suffered from neglect, but now they have a forever home at Happy Rascal Ranch. We appreciate your support!
