About Our Auction

If you are looking for a gift for the holidays, stay-at-home nights, or a treat for yourself, these baskets are uniquely designed and donated by friends of the Library, which means that 100 percent of the sales will directly benefit the Graves Library operating budget. To make up for some of our fundraising shortfalls in 2020, we decided to host this community-based auction. Besides the non-profits in the area, all of our merchants have suffered through the pandemic; therefore, when we started planning this event, we made it a point not to ask for any donations...but rather purchase items from our local shops and restaurants. They have always supported us so we thought it best to pay them back! We hope you find something just right for you!

A few themes to consider: A Night in Boston’s North End (sort of); Tequila Mockingbird; Of All the Gin Joints; With Love, From Norway; For the Birds, and many, many more.

Don't see anything for you? Please consider clicking on the green donate button above.

About Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library

The Louis T. Graves Memorial Public Library has served as the educational, social, and cultural center of our town for over a century. In the digital age when traditional organizations are struggling to find relevance, the use of the Graves Library services has grown, especially during the last decade. In addition to a dynamic lending library, there are programs for children, instructional classes for adults, computer and Wi-Fi services, e-book and audio-book downloads, monthly author lectures, free tax assistance, an ongoing book sale, and a meeting place for many civic groups and non-profit organizations.
