As the trade charity for the hospitality industry, we support the working and retired people of the hospitality industry. The range of grants and services we provide often prove a lifeline, especially throughout the winter months and over the Christmas period, which always brings its own challenges.

We support chefs, housekeepers, waiters and anyone else working in hospitality who finds themselves in difficulty or crisis. Sometimes all it takes is a very small change in circumstances to tip the balance and turn a manageable situation into an unmanageable one. An extended illness such as cancer can lead to a drop in pay, while a relationship breakdown, bereavement or redundancy can also put a strain on the household budget.

With the support and help we offer, we aim to bring back balance to life, to restore people’s dignity and happiness so they can survive on their own again and start rebuilding their future.
