Empowerment 4 Girls affirms the self-worth of all girls. We envision a just world where all youth are confident, resilient, and resourceful. Empowering girls and womxn is important for our entire planet.

Empowerment 4 Girls is a nonprofit organization based in Olympia, WA. We educate, nurture and empower girls, 9-16 years old, through our quarterly 1-day camps, and week long Empowerment Camps and Conscious Minds Conscious Bodies™ Intentional Sexuality Camps in the summer. Our programs are available online, as of summer 2020, to continue to support girls through these times of necessary social distancing.

* EDUCATE:
We educate girls about what it means to take care of and value ones’ self and others and the relationships we build throughout our lives. Empowerment Camps help to deepen their unique character and implement daily self-care through an innovative journey toward self discovery.

Empowerment Camps include: art projects, yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, dance, positive affirmations, All About Me Collages, self care tools, sound healing, theme based guest speakers, outdoor activities, organic food and talking circles.....creating sisterhood and lots of fun.

* NURTURE:
We nurture girls in the development of skills and habits that support and strengthen their physical, emotional and mental well-being. Our Conscious Minds Conscious Bodies ™ Intentional Sexuality Education Camps teach nurture girls to develop healthy body images, promote positive relationships and create self awareness through cultivating self respect.

Once this foundation is set, girls can enhance their social skills to build stronger communities. We want to cultivate a different perspective and energy around our bodies and sexuality as girls and womxn.

* Our Conscious Minds Conscious Bodies™ curriculum provides girls body awareness for empowered choices to learn: body safety, mindfulness based tools, personal boundaries/intuition exercises and an understanding about their bodies and who they are on their own unique journey.

• Anatomy/Body Changes/Menstruation/Period Care
• Consent & Boundaries/Intuition
• Gender Identity & Sexual Orientation
• Building Healthy Relationships & Resiliency
• Positive Body Image & Social Media Awareness

* EMPOWER: (2022-2023)
We empower girls and womxn to be advocates for themselves and others, and their community to help build a more conscious, compassionate future. We want to cultivate a different perspective and energy around our bodies and sexuality as girls and womxn.

Teacher Trainings provide opportunities for yoga teachers, girls scout leaders, parents, school counselors and others interested in serving teen girls in their community, to implement these positive and empowering templates for a more conscious and compassionate community.
