Golf Outing Silent Auction

On behalf of the Springfield High School Booster Club, welcome to our 1st online only silent auction affiliated with our golf outing fundraiser.

SHS is a pillar of excellence in the community with excellent teachers and staff. Not only do students receive a great education, but the many extracurricular activities help them develop strong lifelong friendships and become well rounded adults. The money raised by this auction will go towards continuing that tradition. Your participation and generosity will determine the level of support we are able to give back to the students. The funds raised are an investment which will provide benefits for the students of Springfield High School for many years to come. So, please help us support the kids of SHS! Go Senators!

Our auction is open for bidding from 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 7th to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 10th (CST).

Items will be on display during the Golf Outing for viewing only (May 10, 11:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Illini Country Club). All bidding will take place online.

BIDDING:
Anyone can browse the auction, but to bid, you must create an account with your name and e-mail address.

PROXY BIDS (optional):
This software will bid on your behalf if you enter in the maximum amount you are willing to pay. Should you be outbid, it will automatically place a bid (in the amount of the noted bid increment) on your behalf up to the maximum amount and alert you by email if you have been outbid.

EXTENDED BIDDING:
If a bid is received during the last 30 seconds prior to auction close, the bidding for that item will be automatically be extended for 3 additional minutes and then close permanently. This gives other bidders a fair chance to win the item.

The Booster Club's mission is to support and promote the student clubs, organizations, athletic teams and other extra curricular activities of Springfield High through financial support and volunteerism.The Booster Club annually commits over $90,000 to help fund our extra curricular activities, teams and organizations each school year. The more students are involved in extra curricular activities, the more it costs to secure these activities' survival. We strive to ensure that there is a variety of activities to offer our students to enhance their skills and spark their interests. But we can't do it without YOU! Help us to fully support the over thirty SHS student clubs, organizations, and athletic teams that request funds on an annual basis through their sponsors and coaches. The parents and SHS supporters who join the Booster Club through their financial commitment and their commitment of time as a volunteer make the many opportunities available for our Springfield High School students possible.
