OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

1. To place a bid on the Festival of Trees Online Silent, simply enter your bid on the item you want. The opening bid on this item must be at least the minimum bid. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $10.00. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.

2. Once the auction is declared closed, the highest bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked.

3. The winning bidder will be contacted to arrange payment (cash, credit, check) and to arrange delivery of the item.

4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full. We accept credit or PayPal.

5. If the item is left unclaimed for 48 hours it will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.

6. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. Defiance YMCA reserves the right to add or withdraw the item, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
