Warm Summer Nights - FPS 2020 Service Auction

The Service Auction is First Parish's largest fundraiser. It is a great opportunity to share our talents and gifts with one another, as well as THE source for all the best parties and soirees of the year! In addition to great gift certificates and items, the fun continues after the Auction ends with getting to know new folks and reconnecting with old friends at the dinners, pool parties, and other social events that are auctioned.

Here are a few practical tips -

You need to create an account in order to bid on items.

* Or send an email to auction@fpsudbury.org and we'll set up your account for you!

This auction software sets any item with a quantity over 1 (like dinner parties, pool parties, etc.) to "Buy Now".
* To attend, just click the "Buy Now" button on that item and select how many spots you want to purchase.
* There will be no bidding against each other on these events. The first people to press “Buy Now” will be the folks that are going to the party, so don't delay!
* Winning bidders will get an invoice for each "Buy Now" item. Please wait until the end of the auction to pay your Final Invoice.

Payments are by check to FPS.
* After the auction ends on 4/12/20, winning bidders will receive a Final Invoice.
* Please mail a check for the full amount of your final invoice, payable to First Parish of Sudbury, and note "Service Auction" on the memo line.
