WE GATHER! -- FPS 2021 Fall Service Auction

The Service Auction is First Parish of Sudbury's largest fundraiser. It is a great opportunity to share our talents and gifts with one another, and this year, our special fall auction offers us an opportunity to reconnect as a community after the challenges of the past 18 months.

Here are a few practical tips -

On-line bidding will be available for one week before our in person event at FPS on Saturday, October 23rd (rain date is Sunday the 24th).

All items except those with a "Buy Now" option will be available for bidding at the in person event. So even if you're the high bidder online at noon on the 23rd, you might still be outbid by someone at the live auction between 2-4 pm.

You need a 32auctions account in order to bid on items.

If you participated in the Spring 2020 Auction, please use the account you created then. You do not need to create another account.

If you are new to the FPS on-line Auction:

Since this auction will take place both online and in person, bidding on dinner parties and other events will work a bit differently this time.
* Events will have a "Buy Now" button during the online auction to purchase ALL of the seats at the party. This is the option for you if you prefer to specify who will be in attendance. Events sold through "Buy Now" will NOT be available for live auction bidding.
* At the live auction, bidding on events that did not sell through "Buy Now" will work the way it has in the past, with folks raising their paddles at the prices called out by our auctioneers.

Payments are by check to FPS.
* After the live auction ends at 4 pm on 10/23/21, winning bidders will receive a Final Invoice via email.
* Please mail a check for the full amount of your final invoice, payable to First Parish of Sudbury, and note "Service Auction" on the memo line.
