About Our Auction

100% of the silent auction sales go directly to supporting North Carroll Community School and in turn OUR students!

*The auction will close on May 13th at our Golf Tournament. We will be accepting online bids until NOON the day of the live auction. Our bidding will then continue through our in-person, silent auction at the NCCS Crab & Shrimp Feast. If you are unable to attend but would still like to be considered for an item, you can place a proxy bid (maximum bid) and a silent auction volunteer will continue bidding on your behalf (in the noted increments) up to your desired maximum. If you win the auction item you will be contacted the following day and can pick up your winning item at North Carroll Community School starting May 16th. (Or contact Aubry to make delivery arrangements. Please note NCCS will not ship alcoholic beverages or ammunition)

Winning Bidders must pay for items within 24 hours of being invoiced or will automatically forfeit items to the next highest bidder.

ALSO, there is still time to get your dinner tickets so you can finish your bidding in person!! Please contact Aubry (aubry@nccs.school) with any questions or concerns. Happy Bidding!!

We are again partnering with The Links at Gettysburg, a truly spectacular course with water on almost every hole, elevated tee shots to greens fronting red rock cliffs, blind doglegs, and undulating greens making the putting difficult even after you’ve managed to escape the hazards. Striving to shoot par at The Links is a supreme challenge and a rewarding experience every golfer should have. This all-day event will include a flighted golf scramble, followed by an All-You-Can-Eat Crab & Shrimp Feast, open bar, and music, along with our ever-popular silent auction.

As always your generous participation goes to support NCCS, a privately owned community school located in Westminster, Maryland. Started by two public school teachers over 15 years ago, NCCS believes education should be full of passion!
