Bid to Empower

Welcome to FAB Foundation's Online Auction, where there are 40+ incredible items for you to bid on! This auction supports Fit Active Beautiful Foundation and our work to empower young girls in low-income communities across Hamilton. From the initial pilot in the David Creek neighbourhood, to now running 10 programs throughout the city and serving 200 girls annually, FAB has already supported 1,000+ girls in Hamilton to develop resilience, goal setting skills, and self-confidence.

We would love for you to participate in the FAB online auction and support FAB in our continued efforts to:

1. Encourage young girls, living in lower income neighbourhoods, to become more physically active and engage in healthy living
2. Develop goal-setting skills that can be used to set and achieve future goals.

FAB aims to eliminate barriers by providing youth girls in grades six through eight with the goal-setting and leadership skills necessary to lead an empowered life.
