About Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association
This year the Delaware Thoroughbred Horsemen's Association (DTHA) will be hosting our seventh annual Stallion Auction which begins on January 24th at 8:00 a.m. and will end on January 27th 8:00 p.m.. We would like to thank you in advance for your generous support as we work diligently to sustain horse racing, increase the number of mares bred in order to increase our foal crop and protect purse revenues while educating legislators about what horse racing brings to their state.
