Fall Auction

Calvin is so grateful for the business and personal donors who make the fall auction a success for our school each year. We are so glad you are joining us to help raise funds to provide educational resources for our students. Your bid will make a difference for our students' high-quality, Christian education!

How to participate:
Each item has a starting bid for the first bidder. After that, other participants up the bid by at least the minimum bid increment, or a larger custom amount. You will get an email/text if you've been outbid. Participants may also choose "Buy Now" to instantly become the highest bidder and win the item, or set a proxy bid (define your max bid, and the system will up your bid by the minimum bid increment up to your max bid amount).
Items that receive a bid within 3 minutes of the close of the auction will remain open for 3 more minutes to allow a responding bid.
At the close of the auction, all participants will receive an invoice detailing their items won. Payment is due before items are claimed, and may be made one of three ways:

3. In the school office by cash, check or credit card
Items must be claimed on Mon-Tues, Oct 30-31 unless other arrangements have been made.

Auction Rules:
1. All property is sold "As Is" and Calvin Christian School makes no warranties or representations of any kind or nature, express or implied, with respect to the property, and in no event shall CCS be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty, of description, authenticity or condition of the property, and no statement in the catalog or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty or representation or assumption of liability.
2. CCS does not warranty the Values indicated by donor estimates for tax purposes. The IRS has ruled that only the amount paid over the fair market value of any item is considered to be a donation. Please save your receipt; it will provide substantiation requirements mandated by the IRS.
3. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against either Calvin Christian School or the donor of property or services. Neither CCS nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damage that may result from the utilization of property or services sold.
