2023 CT Ski Council (CSC) Fundraiser Auction

The proceeds from the Auction will serve as the sole fundraiser for the "501C" Connecticut Ski Council (CSC). The proceeds support the events and interests of the Council. This year the Council made a monetary donation toward Restoration in Vermont from the July 2023 Flooding. The events of the Council include: 1. An annual "Kid's Learn to Ski Day" that encompasses approximately 75 youth and subsidize the entire cost of Lift Ticket and Instruction for the youth 2. An 8-week long Night Racing Series for Adults that contains about 150 racer entries each night, 3. Monthly Meetings of the Council at which representatives from the Member Clubs attend to share concerns, current events, and news within the industry. 4. An annual gathering for all members in a social setting that includes a band for dancing, food, and goodwill toward each other.

The Connecticut Ski Council (CSC) is a not-for-profit organization that benefits its members with snow sports activities. The Council is comprised of over 30 different clubs whose individual memberships collectively total more than 15,000 individuals. The CSC is a member of the National Ski Council Federation and its activities include ski/snowboard instruction, inter-club competitive racing, ski trips, and camaraderie on/off the snow. The council fosters safety on the snow, apprises its members of current news and trends in the industry, and promotes practices that create a sustainable environment.
