About Our Auction

Welcome to the CHATS Holiday Home Auction!
We are excited to have some amazing items up for bidding this year. Your support will assist CHATS and seniors with the many programs we are able to provide. Through donors and your support, we are able to help seniors live in their homes independently and with dignity. Together, we can make a difference!
Be warned, this auction may cause true excitement, competitive bidding and your holiday shopping completed early. No matter what festival you celebrate, the holiday season is a time of community, spending time with loved ones, and giving. Get your holiday shopping done while supporting a great cause!
To keep the bidding fair for all, we have extended an item end time by 3 minutes when it receives a bid during the final 3 minutes of the auction (max 30-minute extension).
All winning bids must be paid and picked up by December 11th. If you do not pick up your item, you will forfeit the item and no money will be refunded.
Are you ready for excitement, competitive bidding, and getting your holiday shopping done early? Let's go!

About CHATS - Community & Home Assistance to Seniors

CHATS is a not-for-profit organization, advocating for and delivering high-quality, person-centred home and community services to older adults and caregivers living in York Region and South Simcoe.
The CHATS Team empowers and enables older adults to embrace all that their community has to offer. From personal care to healthy aging information and more, CHATS is committed to helping older adults to live best at home in their communities.

As COVID-19 continues to affect our community, CHATS depends on the generosity of others. Funds are used to enhance and develop essential services and programs to support older adults/ seniors and their caregivers throughout York Region and South Simcoe. As many of us are preparing for winter, we need to remember our seniors continue to be shut in. As the higher-risk demographic, many are not comfortable leaving their homes at this time, which is why CHATS services are still so important to combat issues such as social isolation, food security and caregiver burnout.
