The New York Mills Arts Retreat and Regional Cultural Center is a multidisciplinary arts organization that has been dedicated to expanding cultural and creative opportunities for rural Americans for more than three decades.

The Center is located in New York Mills (pop. 1,293) in Otter Tail County in west central Minnesota. Its mission is to be a rural hub for creativity, community vitality, and lifelong learning in the arts. Its vision is to connect people to artists and rich cultural experiences, celebrating the local and being a window to the world.
