CAN Fund Auction Featuring Artist Samantha Woj

Samatha Wojciechowicz is an artist from Montreal, QC and is famously known for her paintings of Canadian athletes created with sports equipment as her paintbrush.

Samantha was born with Ectrodactyly, a condition in which part or all of the central digits (fingers or toes) are missing.

Samantha is donating six paintings of CAN Fund and CAN Fund #150Women recipients including
Marie-Philip Poulin - hockey
Melodie Daoust - hockey
Charles Hamelin - short track speed skating
Paul Poirier and Piper Gilles - figure skating
Tristan Walker and Justin Snith- luge
Brian McKeever- para nordic skiing

Talent supporting talent is an initiative created by CAN Fund to encourage talented Canadians in our communities, whether they are artists, musicians, professional athletes, comedians etc. to give back to those who need support behind the scenes.

CAN Fund was created to impact the lives of Canadian athletes on their journey to be their best.

At CAN Fund we are dedicated to providing athletes with the direct financial support needed to train and compete for Canada. Each CAN Fund recipient receives $6000 up to twice a year so that they can afford; coaching, travel to training camps and competitions, proper nutrition, extra physiotherapy, new equipment, pay national team fees and other unexpected expenses that come with wearing the maple leaf.
