The Brevard County 4-H Association is an affiliate of the University of Florida and is operated primarily for advisory and charitable purposes in support of the Brevard County 4-H Youth Development Program through encouraging volunteer participation, seeking resources, and other activities to advance the educational mission of the 4-H program .
