About Our Auction
Welcome to our Annual 2024-2025 BWE Silent Auction!
Are you ready for THE BEST BWE Silent Auction to date?! Every year you guys make this bigger and better than before and show BWE so much support, it's unreal! This year we're back with even more for you so we can do EVEN MORE for your students!
Last year's auction sponsored 4th Grade Clap Out Parade, Mother/Son, Father/Daughter, Mother/Daughter, Father/Son events, PE Solar Shades, Leap Year Fun, Teacher Birthdays, Teacher Appreciation, Staff Development, and SO MUCH MORE! With our new goal of $10,000 imagine the fun and awesomeness we can make happen!
Once the auction has ended, you may pay directly on the 32Auctions website or write a check to BWE PTO and deliver it to the school during item pick up hours.
You'll have one week to claim these goodies for you or your student for the upcoming 2024-2025 School Year. Many auction items are for gift certificates or physical items that can be picked up after auction ends.
The rest are for experiences at BWE for NEXT SCHOOL YEAR: the 2024-2025 school year, so make sure you bid on your child's NEXT GRADE LEVEL not their current. Browse around and pick you and your child's favorites!

About Birnham Woods Elementary PTO
The Birnham Woods Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) supports the parents, faculty and students of BWE to bring a closer relationship between home and school. We seek to encourage and help foster the school environment of learning excellence in anyway we can through volunteer work, event planning, & supporting school activities throughout the year. We engage in fundraising activities to benefit BWE, its students, faculty and staff to help provide academic materials, new school supplies such as computers, ipads, playground equipment or family events.
