AIS Students' Art Auction 2018

Welcome to AIS Students' Art Auction! Our goal is to raise funds for the school's STEMzone. Your contributions will help us to establish an AIS Centre of Excellence for study in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). Special thanks go to our art teachers, Ms. Andrea Zrno and Mr. Michael Laird, who have enabled this project. A big "thank you" is also in order to our youngest students' teachers, Ms. Karin, Ms. Maria, and Ms. Sara, and to Mr. Russo, Mr. Howard and Susan Shaw.

As part of the 50th Anniversary of AIS, we are proud to launch the AIS Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Vision. It is our ambition to create a STEM Centre of Excellence here at AIS. The STEM vision rests on three pillars: our holistic pedagogy based on the IB curriculum, interdisciplinary learning opportunities, as well as academic & industry liaisons. As a part of the STEM Vision, we will also refurbish and expand our current maths and science lab facilities and add IT, robotics, design, material workshops and multi-purpose interactive areas. In effect, creating dedicated STEM facilities - STEMzone.
