Avalon Beach SLSC Christmas Silent Auction 2020
COVID-19 has forced the cancellation of our primary fund raising event, the McGrath Pittwater Carols at the Beach. Our much loved event, hosted by the volunteers of Avalon Beach SLSC, brings our community together to celebrate the spirit of Christmas attracting over 3000 people to our beautiful beach.
With unprecedented numbers of visitors anticipated this summer the Christmas Silent Auction 2020 will raise vital funds to purchase additional equipment for the season ahead and will also support an even bigger project for 2021; funding the Club’s objective to reduce its carbon footprint by going solar!

About Avalon Beach SLSC
Avalon Beach SLSC is a charitable, community based, not-for-profit volunteer organisation. Our mission is to save lives, create great Australians and build a better community. Since 1925 our members have voluntarily patrolled Avalon Beach on weekends and public holidays during the patrol season (September – April) helping our beach-goers, visitors and community remain safe. Our movement prides itself on providing members with a sense of belonging, education, skills and the opportunity to give back to the community.
We are reaching out to our community and beyond to please help us achieve our goal of being a carbon neutral Club.
