About Our Auction
Welcome to the 31st Annual Aleutian Arts Council Community Art Show. Artists who live in -or have lived- in the Aleutian Islands Alaska have contributed their work to the show. The opening reception is Friday March 24, and the show closes Saturday May 20.
Only pieces that were marked as Art For Sale are featured here on the auction site. Pieces will only be sold through this site, as each artist has released the work to the Art Show and all sales are through this site exclusively.
Select items have been donated to the auction and 100% of proceeds from those wins will be contributed to the GoFundMe fundraiser for family of Charlene Mamea Malepeai
$8000 is the general number of all values combined, and we would be thrilled to see all artists sell their beautiful work this year!
About Aleutian Arts Council
The Aleutian Arts Council is the oldest non-profit in Unalaska, AK run entirely by volunteers. Though we are currently updating our 501C-3 status due to a transition during the COVID crisis, we mainitain encouragement, support and funds through the City of Unalaska, and our much appreciated benefactors.
We promote the arts and artists throughout the Aleutian Islands. The storm barely missed us, and our arts community wants to share 100% of the profits from this event to the Western Alaska Disaster Relief Fund
