About Our Auction
The Copley-Fairlawn Share-A-Christmas auction will begin on December 3rd after 5:00pm E.
This is a yearlong endeavor were volunteers work toward a common goal of Holiday Cheer and giving to the communities.
The Share a Christmas fundraiser events encompasses many areas of community service to include Fire & Rescue, Law Enforcement, Community Resource Teams, Kiwanis and Copley Township Administrative members producing an event which culminates during the December holiday season.
The Copley Fire & Rescue Association spearheads the T-Shirt sponsorship and donation drives for this live auction. The Share-A-Christmas fundraising event ends on December 10th this year. When will gather together with volunteers to organize and distribute Holiday Meals, dry and canned goods, and children's toys purchased through the fundraising for the families in need in both Copley and Fairlawn.
***T-shirts are available again at the live event this year. After the guest server event on 12/7 at Cheers in Copley, we will sell all remaining shirts via email request to firstname.lastname@example.org, purchaser is responsible for pickup. No delivery.***
*Items restricted by minimum age requirements (all alcohol sales) are listed in the descriptions. Bidders and winners must be able to provide proof of age to pick up winning items. CFRA, Copley Share-A-Christmas are not responsible for items purchased/winning bids that are fraudulently purchased or won.
All property is offered for sale “as-is, where-is.” CFRA, as Seller, hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes other person(s) to assume for it, any liability in connection with the sale of said Property. There are no guarantees, express or implied, as to the condition, usability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Property sold is not subject to any breach of guarantee, specifications, warranties, express or implied, as to the quality or kind of any such product. The Buyer is not entitled to any payment for loss of profit or any other money damages, special, direct, indirect, or consequential.

Under no circumstances will a refund or adjustment be made due to the property failing to meet buyer’s expectations. The CFRA is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the description of items being offered for sale. Indemnification: Bidder agrees for and on behalf of bidder, bidder’s heirs, successors and assigns, that bidder shall indemnify and hold The CFRA its officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from and against any claim, demand or cause of action arising or alleged to have arisen out of the sale or failure to sell any item including claims for personal or bodily injury, death or contract damages.
In consideration for your being given access to the "Site", you hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the CFRA, Copley Share-A-Christmas, subsidiaries, DBAs, affiliates, successors, contractors, agents, representatives and/or employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or relating to any damage to your property or loss, damage or injury that you personally sustain, including death, whether caused by the negligence of the CFRA, Copley Share-A-Christmas or its representatives or not while participating in Company programs, using Site content and/or attending CFRA, Copley Share-A-Christmas Events in person, regardless of location. You hereby assume all risks to your property and your person and in no way will the CFRA, Copley Share-A-Christmas be liable to you for damages or injuries you sustain.
The Copley-Share-A-Christmas/Copley Fire & Rescue Association (herein after listed as CFRA) requires pick-up on December 11th, 2021, at the Copley Fire Department at 1540 S. Cleve-Mass Rd. Copley, Ohio 44321 between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm. Buyer must remove auction item(s) from pickup location.
The successful bidder will be responsible for removal of items purchased. Items are available for local pick up only at: Copley Fire Department at 1540 S. Cleve-Mass Rd. Copley, Ohio 44321 If the bidder fails to meet the deadline to remove the purchased item, the CFRA may charge the bidder a storage fee of $25.00 per item per day, payable prior to pickup of the purchased item. The CFRA may remove the item(s) to another location and bidder will be responsible for the costs incurred by the CFRA to dismantle, transport and store the item. In such an event, the CFRA shall not be responsible for any item(s) damaged by such removal and, if the bidder has not made arrangements to pick up the item within thirty (30) calendar days and pay any and all applicable storage fees, the bidder shall be deemed to have ceded ownership to the CFRA. Thereafter, and the CFRA may dispose of the item(s) as the CFRA deems reasonable and retain any proceeds there from.
About 2022 Copley-Fairlawn Share A Christmas
The Copley-Fairlawn Share-A-Christmas Fundraising Event proceeds go to produce the Share-A-Christmas program. The proceeds from the items listed in this auction as well as funds received from general donations and sponsorships go to benefit local families in need. Members and volunteers organize and distribute donated holiday food items, groceries, children's toys (purchased with raised funds) and more. All contributions are tax deductible.

Come to our LIVE guest server event where we will continue the LIVE auction which ends at midnight on 12/7. Our Annual Share-A-Christmas T-Shirts will be on sale and all tips will go to the Share-A-Christmas fundraiser event which is used assist with the purchase of Holiday meals, food items and toys for families in our community. As always cash and PayPal donations are welcome!
