2021 Castlemont HSC Online Auction

Thank you for participating in Castlemont Home & School Club’s first Online Auction! Funds raised from this auction will directly benefit the students at Castlemont Elementary School by helping fund Art Vistas, a librarian, assemblies and field trips. We hope you find an item that interests you!

Key Online Auction Rules:

1. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items will be permitted. Everything will be sold “as is.” Please read the specifications and limitations carefully.

2. Payment is required at the time of pickup. You may pay with cash or personal checks made payable to Castlemont Home & School Club. Items may be picked up Monday November 8th from 8:30-9:30am, 1:30-3:00pm, 4:30-5:30pm or by special appointment. Additional pickup times on the 8th may be added. Any item not paid for and picked up by November 15th will be offered to the next highest bidder unless other arrangements have been made with Castlemont HSC.

3. Please note that all auction items may have restricted use or other qualifications that may affect value, application or use to the bidder.

4. No bid, once made, may be withdrawn unless superseded by a higher bid.

5. By placing a bid you are agreeing to a contract – you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item, if you are the winning bidder. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the restrictions.

6. With one exception, the highest valid bid at the closing time constitutes the successful bid. If a new highest bid is placed in the last three minutes of the auction then the bidding for that item only will be extended. The one exception is the 'Buy Now' item, which is for sale at a set price. There is no auction bidding on the 'Buy Now' item.

7. No items will be physically shipped to the winner. They must be picked up locally unless it can be delivered electronically.

8. The auction is scheduled to end at 10pm on November 5th. It may be extended as needed by the Castlemont HSC.
The buyer waives any claims for liability against Castlemont Elementary School, Castlemont Home & School Club or the donor of the item or service purchased, and neither Castlemont Home & School Club, its members nor the donor are responsible for any personal injuries, damages to property, or consequential damages that may result from the use of items or services sold.
