Not Alone Campaign - Youth in Action for Foundry

Youth in Action for Foundry online auction is raising funds to bring Foundry to the East Kootenay! This auction was created by youth who sit on the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) for Foundry East Kootenay. Foundry is a walk-in wellness centre for youth ages 12-24 from all over the East Kootenay Region. Foundry focuses on mental health and substance use but also has a wide array of other services such as primary care, peer counselling, and social services. Foundry means no waitlists and youth can access the help they need right away. Foundry East Kootenay will change lives and it will save lives! 100% of the funds raised from this auction will go towards our $1.4 million goal that we need to raise in order to build Foundry East Kootenay.

East Kootenay Foundation for Health provides funding to the East Kootenay Interior Health region. This includes the East Kootenay Regional Hospital, Creston Valley Hospital, Invermere and District Hospital, Golden and District Hospital, and the Elk Valley Hospital. We also provide funding for Kimberley, Sparwood and Elkford Health Centres, five long term care homes, and various community health care programs throughout the East Kootenay Region. It serves a catchment area of over 85,000 British Columbians.
