Xenia Community Schools Foundation Silent Auction

The Xenia Community Schools Foundation hosts an annual online aution in conjunction with the XCSF Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony. Proceeds from the auction and the Hall of Honor are used to support the Foundation's Classroom Grants Program.
Most items have been donated by members of the XCSF Board of Directors, the various Xenia Community Schools administration and buildings and members of the business community.
The XCSF is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

This organization is a 501(c)(3). Our purpose is to raise funds to support classroom grants and and student scholarships within the Xenia Community Schools. In addition, the organization also hosts an annual Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony to honor former students, staff and/or community members who have excelled in their careers and/or offered support to the schools and community through volunteer service and who will serve as role models for current and future generations of students.

The online auction is scheduled to end on Saturday, April 24, 2021, at 03:30 PM EDT. At that time, leading bidder notifications will be sent to the highest online bidders informing them bidding continues at the live event.

The auction will resume as a live event at 5:30 pm on April 24, 2021, at the Xenia Community Schools Foundation Hall of Honor Dinner and Induction Ceremony to be held at Tecumseh Elementary School. The auction will close at 7:30 pm.

All online auction participants will be notified by email 24-hours before the auction ends, and emails will be sent to leading bidders when the online auction ends.

Online auction participants who can't attend the live event have the option of entering Proxy Bids which the Foundation will honor during live event bidding. After the online auction ends, auction administrators will review the maximum proxy bid amounts, along with the live bid amounts, and will honor the highest bid amount for each item. The proxy bids will be honored at the next bidding increment above the highest live bid amount at the end of the auction, if it is less than the highest amount set by the proxy bidder.

Highest offsite bidders will be notified by email so arrangements can be made for payment and delivery.
