Water Reach Silent Auction 2026

 Every year, the Virginia Section AWWA Water Reach Committee hosts a silent auction to benefit local water and sanitary projects in disadvantaged communities in Virginia. In 2026, the committee was able to leverage funds raised through this auction to assist a small community in Jerdone Island, Virginia.  The committee developed an asset inventory and awarded a Virginia Section AWWA grant towards the purchase of a new and improved pumping system.
By bidding on items in this auction, you are helping to support local water infrastructure improvement projects, so we encourage you to bid high and often to help us continue to make a positive impact in our communities throughout Virginia! 

The mission of the Water Reach Committee is to ensure safe drinking water and proper sanitation to communities throughout Virginia. The Committee volunteers include utility directors, engineers, operators, groundwater specialists, permit specialists, professors, students, and others who are dedicated to this mission.
