Winton Hearts for Winchester Hospital

Welcome to our 2nd annual "Winton Hearts for Winchester Hospital" silent auction! We hope that you have fun bidding on our Valentine themed auction items. We have selected items that are romantic, fun and joyful and all surely appropriate for a loved one, friend, family member or even yourself!

With your participation in our "Winton Hearts" auction event, together we can support Winchester Hospital. Winchester Hospital has continued to provide excellent service during this pandemic: babies are still being born, surgeries are still being performed, cancer care is delivered and general care is still being provided by our Healthcare Heroes at our great Hospital.
Winton's goal this year is to raise 50K to initiate the Paxman Scalp Cooling System at our Cancer Center at 620 Washington St., Winchester. This program will allow patients who are undergoing chemotherapy to retain their hair. It is such an important cause and we are excited to be able to bring this program to our community allowing patients to avoid commuting into the city to take advantage of this wonderful therapy.

We are so grateful to all supporters of Winton. If you aren't a "winner" of an auction item at the end of the weekend, please consider a donation at any level so that we can meet our fundraising goal for Winchester Hospital.

The Winton Club was started in 1911 by 12 women who wanted to
make a difference in the community by supporting Winchester
Hospital.  Today, it is a diverse women's non-profit organization
committed to fundraising and providing volunteer services for the
benefit of Winchester Hospital.
Starting in 1920 and over the course of 100 years, The Winton
Club's signature fundraising event for the hospital was the annual
Winton Club Cabaret.  In 1948 The Winton Club added the Winton Gift
Shop located in the Lobby of The Winchester Hospital, a much-
needed service for patients, visitors and staff, which continues to
operate today. In addition, the Winton Club now holds additional
fundraising events each year, exclusively for Winchester Hospital.
Impact
Through the fundraising efforts of The Winton Club, Winchester
Hospital has received funds of over $4,000,000.  These funds have
been used to support women's and children's health care, innovative
patient services, fund equipment purchases and hospital renovations,
and in its early years, provide linens. 
Some examples include: The Healing Garden at the Center for Cancer
Care, Paxman Scalp Cooling program, Digital Mammography, Art &
Music Therapies, Home Care Telehealth programs, Outpatient
Lactation Programs, Mother Baby Unit, Surgical Suite, and
Emergency Room renovations, Wireless Fetal Monitors, Patient
Ceiling Lifts, Cardiac Unit, Dr. Jon and Sunny Adler Medical Unit, and
A Caring Place.
