Will Richter SAGSE Fundraiser

Welcome to the silent auction for the Will Richter Fundraiser Evening.

This auction forms part of a special evening hosted by the University of Melbourne German Club and GASS (German Australian Students’ Society) in support of the William Richter SAGSE Scholarship.

All funds raised through the auction will go toward the scholarship, which was established in Will’s honour to help future students access the same kind of life-changing cultural exchange opportunity in Germany that meant so much to him.

By bidding, you are not only supporting a very meaningful cause, but also helping continue something that mattered deeply to Will: making this opportunity available to others.

Thank you for your generosity, and for being part of an evening that brings community, remembrance and impact together.

GASS Australia is the association of returned SAGSE exchange scholarship winners. We are a youth organization that has built a strong network of over 1500 German and Australian scholarship winners, with branches in Australia and Germany, and members based all around the world.

As an alumni association, we aim to give back and ensure future students can receive the same life-changing opportunities we did. We facilitate the day-to-day running of the exchange program, host year-round events, and provide further leadership and growth opportunities for our members and German language students.
