2023 Wilkinson JPS Virtual Silent Auction

The Wilkinson School Community Council will be hosting a virtual silent auction to raise funds for school programs and activities!

I'm ready! How does this work?
Do I need an account to view the auction?
Anyone can view our auction at www.32auctions.com/wilkinson2023. An account is needed to bid so we can identify and communicate with bidders during and after the auction.

Within the yellow banner at the top of the page, click on "create an account" and fill in the form. You should receive a confirmation email from 32auctions (noreply@32auctions.com) - check your spam or junk email folder.

How does bidding work?
When you click on an item, you'll see its value along with a minimum bid and minimum bid increment. By bidding on an item, you're agreeing to pay your bid amount for it. For example, if an item has a minimum bid of $20 and a minimum bid increment of $5, the first person must bid at least $20. After that, each person must bid at least $5 more than the last bid. On May 5th at 9:30 PM, the person with the highest bid wins. They will pay the amount of the highest bid and receive the item.

You should receive a confirmation email when you submit a bid which lets you know if you are the leading bidder (please check your spam or junk email folder).

Will I be notified when someone outbids me?
Yes, you will receive an email when you are outbid. If someone outbids you, you can enter another bid (and continue entering bids) until 9:30 PM on May 5th.

How do I know if I'm the winning bidder?
All winning bidders will receive a notification email from 32auction after the auction closes. You can also log in to your account and click "Account" and “My Items Won.”

How do I pay for my item? How do I collect it?
You do not pay for your items through the auction website. The winner of each item will be contacted by a Parent Council member with payment options and instructions on how to pick-up or redeem the item.

Wilkinson Public School is fortunate to have an active School Council filled with parents from our school community. We are always looking for new members to join. The WSCC is dedicated to making each child’s experience at Wilkinson as rewarding as possible and is an excellent way to get involved with your child’s school. The Council meets monthly at the school, and works with school administration to discuss and vote on school issues as well as to organize school events and fundraisers. The Council is also responsible for publishing the email newsletter and for maintaining this website.
